		<description>Helpdesk procedures are now in place within the Faculty of Education and are available through the following methods:

		<title>Where&#8217;s my email?</title>
		<description>Old email (pre September 4th 2009) is still available via Firstclass.  Firstclass can be accessed via your desktop installation or via the Firstclass web version.

New email (September 5th 2009 onwards) is now delivered through MS Exchange.  This email can be accessed through http://webmail.edu.yorku.ca
